All meals are served buffet style with lemonade, iced tea and bottled water. Appropriate condiments, disposable crystal dinnerware, napkins and silver cutlery are provided.

A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to hold the requested date. An estimated number of guests one month before and a final number 10 days before event will need to be provided. You will be billed on the final count - if the count changes by more than 30, your quote will be evaluated.
