Rabers has been in business since 1954. We are a fourth generation business and the only Union company that harvests heart of Illinois livestock for local sale. We make more than 100 different sausages and luncheon meats on-site, right here with old time German recipes. We cure and smoke all of our hams and bacon with real hardwood hickory in our original brick smokehouse.
And yes, you still get a free hot dog- just like when you were a kid!
